Slot Missions in Hogwarts
Slot missions are an excellent opportunity to earn equipment weapons, equipment and more. But they're also hard to do.

Concealed Weapon Slot
The concealed weapon slot is a special slot that allows you to bring pistols in to a mission. Some players utilize this slot to aid in achieving certain goals particularly those who are going for Suit Only. Some players make use of the extra pistol to bridge gaps. When using this slot, it is important to keep in mind that you'll need to click on the corresponding pistol category button, for instance the slot 2 alternative for machine guns, in order to select the appropriate category. The presence of Major Expedition and Adept Rider active makes this much easier to do. This combo will add a damage tick every 10 seconds from the concealed Weapon in the event that it is slotted.
Slot for items that are smuggled
The smuggled item slot an excellent option for allowing players to bring in weapons and tools, but it could use a better option. It's currently shaped as an a gun, which makes it difficult to differentiate the weapon slot smuggled by smugglers from other gear slots.
The smuggle slot can hold many different items, ranging from small concussion devices to weapons-grade explosives. These items are hidden in locations around the map. They can be picked up at any time. The items that are smuggled differ from Agency Pickups or Hidden Stashes which conceal small items in the scenery or objects.
Mission planning is a feature that is available in episodic missions that allows players to unlock different starting locations equipment, smuggled items, and slots prior to their entry into the map. As players progress through challenges and unlock new Mission Mastery levels, these options for planning increase. This allows players the ability to create the perfect mission for each challenge.
Gear Slot
The slots for gear will quickly fill up early in the game, leading to the dreaded message "Your Gear Slots are Full". This message stops Max to select new equipment until the old items are removed or a larger space has been obtained. Hogwarts Legacy Merlin Trials are the solution to this problem. They give players an increase in inventory space to complete challenging missions. However, since the majority of these challenges are scattered throughout the globe and are easily overlooked, it may take some time to get the maximum number of inventory slots available in-game.
Five Gear Slots can be filled with up to five different types of gear. These must be selected in the Gear Selection menu before a Break-In begins. Each gear item (except for the Pistol) is a part of one Gear Slot, while a grouping of similar items (such as the grouping of Grenades) only takes up one Gear Slot.
Agents can pick up the passengers.
As wild slots progress through the Mission Mastery levels you unlock various agency pickups on the map. These locations allow you to store items that do not fit in your concealed slot for weapons or gear and then retrieve it later.
These pickups are particularly useful when you have to pass through a frisk at the end of the mission, or if you are carrying a weapon that would otherwise cause suspicion. However, you can only keep one item at a time at an agency pickup location.
This DLC also includes new asset protection and security contracts to the agency. Contact the receptionist at the agency and stock up on snacks and other items. Once you have reached the mission marker, identify a mob upon arrival.
